30 Days of Play Challenge

Yay! We’re taking the 30 Days to Hands-on Play Challenge for November 2011 hosted by The Imagination Tree and Hands On: As We Grow.

The challenge is to dedicate atleast 15 uninterrupted minutes of hands-on play with your kiddo everyday for 30 days. The hosts will provide a play prompt everyday for inspiration.

Easy… bring it! We love any excuse to play, play, and play some more!

Play Day Challenge #1 – Assess the Challenge

Spend a little bit of time thinking about this challenge. What do you hope to gain?

Think about your child (or children) What do they really love doing? What are they good at? Their special interests? This will be really helpful as the challenge unfolds. –The Imagination Tree

The Chief is a 3yr old boy with lots of energy! He wakes up every morning ready to play and learn. I would describe him as a gross-motor kid because his favorite activities usually include running, wrestling, jumping off stuff, and dancing. I hope to gain inspiration for tons of play ideas. Which is what my blog is all about!
